Who I Am

Mary Ann Conlin, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

I’ve walked alongside couples, individuals and families through some of life’s most tender transitions—grey divorce, late-life love, and the quiet grief of unmet expectations. My own journey reminds me daily that change is possible at any age.

  • Heal from past wounds (personal or relational)
  • Create connections that feel safe, vibrant, and true
